Structural ROmate™ Storage Tanks
The high-performance, high-value tanks for residential and light commercial reverse osmosis
applications. ROmate™ reverse osmosis permeate storage vessels from Structural reduce costs while
maintaining quality. Specially designed for reverse osmosis systems, these small vessels offer big
advantages over competitive tanks like 100% Seamless construction, and the ability to discharge in any
position. The RO4 features a polypropylene shell while the RO15 through RO80 utilize a polyethylene
inner shell, fiberglass exterior.
RO Mate™ pure water storage vessels have been designed to retain the purity of the product water
produced by your drinking water system. Tanks feature a five-year warranty and are NSF Standard 58
certified. Tank connections are as follows: RO-20, RO-30, RO-40 – 1" MIPT; RO-80 – 1-1/4" MIPT.

At the heart of the tank is a 100% butyl rubber diaphragm that has been post cured to eliminate
any unwanted taste and odors. Combined with a polypropylene liner, the tank keeps system water
contained in a sealed water chamber. A double gasketed stainless steel connection assures the
integrity of the water treatment system. The bottom dome of the smaller tanks has been enhanced
with 4 rounded legs to insure installation stability. These tanks are NSF 58 certified. Dimensions
- 9" x 13¾".

PAE pressure tanks use a butyl diaphragm and polypropylene liner to separate the water
and air. These materials limit the growth of germs and prevent impurities inside the tank.
These tanks are NSF approved under standard 58, and CE approved under the PED (pressure
equipment directive), because of these approvals these tanks carry the appropriate markings
and can be used everywhere in the world.
Lead leaching to drinking water can cause of health risks, brass and copper are banned for
use in purified/drinking water. All PAE expansion tanks use stainless steel connections to avoid
the lead leaching concerns. To avoid bad odors from diaphragm, all of the diaphragms are
post-cured before assembly, to eliminate the possibility of odors from the tank.
