The unique design of the Nelsen Filtration Cartridge Systems is truly revolutionary featuring One™ Water
Filtration Simplified cartridge tank. Engineered to replace smaller cartridge style housings, the system
yields higher flow rates and longer cartridge life than conventional systems.
The Nelsen Filtration Cartridge System can be used to filter a variety of contaminants, from taste and
odor issues to sediment and fine particulate reduction requirements. Available for both Residential and
Commercial applications, the system boasts the following unique features:
• Higher flow rates and longer cartridge life than conventional cartridge style housings virtually
eliminates the need to replace cartridges on a weekly or monthly basis.
• No tools needed! Unique, snap-ring design simplifies assembly and installation.
• 100% plastic design! Completely plastic, non-corrosive design is the ideal replacement for expensive
stainless steel cartridge systems.
• Ideal pre-treatment or post-treatment system provides for high flow rates and particulate loading
while minimizing pressure drop.
• Repeat filter sales for system installers of equipment.

The Residential System features the complete cartridge tank system with a black 8x40 inch pressure
vessel, pressure relief cap and 1-1/4" plumbing connections configured at the bottom of the housing.

RESIDENTIAL/LIGHT COMMERCIAL INTEGRATED BYPASS SYSTEM
This residential system features an integrated design features with a bypass so that water can be
shut off to the system but still allow for water usage. The system includes ¾" NPT elbow or straight
connectors to the bypass and requires no gluing! The system also features a 3/8" John Guest® shutoff integrated into the inlet side of the system to connect to a drain, for draining of the system, filter
removal during change-out, draining of sediment caught in the system, and significantly simplifies the
system installation.

COMMERCIAL PLUS SYSTEM
The Commercial Plus System features the complete cartridge tank system with a black 8x40 inch
pressure vessel, pressure relief cap and 2" plumbing connections are configured for the bottom

The Nelsen Filtration Cartridge Systems offer a variety of cartridge options to suit your filtration needs.
Cartridges are priced each, case quantities for the residential filter cartridges are 6 per case and
commercial plus cartridges a 1 per case. Each filter features a lightweight handle for easy removal, a
disposal bag, and a double O-ring connection for the Cartridge Tank® plumbing adapter, compatible
with the ONE-E3® Cartridge System.
ORANGE SERIES
DOUBLE PLEATED CARTRIDGES - (ORANGE SERIES)
The Orange series filters offer dual gradient, double-pleated filtration with extended life and options
for 1 absolute, 5, 10, and 20 microns nominal. Designed with a large external and smaller internal prefiltration layer, they provide high flow, low pressure drop, and superior performance against turbidity
from silt, rust, and other particles. This design allows for lower shear water velocity and enhanced
contact time, improving water quality and system longevity.
