Clack System Controller

Clack System Controller
The Clack System Controller has the ability to operate from 2 – 6 units to create any System
Type, Random, Series, Alternating, or Progressive. Any of the C-Series 1.0”, 1.25", Clack 1.5"
or 2” control valves configured with the "EE" programming board may be used. The System
Controller provides four modes of operation; Progressive Flow, Alternator, Series, and Random.
Only one power source is required for all systems connected to the controller as the it provides
power to each individual control valve. The controller provides remote, real time monitoring of
system performance utilizing an on board Ethernet connection to each system connected. A
USB port allows for system diagnostic extraction and programming information to be uploaded.
A coin cell lithium battery is back up for time of day in the event of a power outage.
The front panel displays time of day with day of week, days until next regeneration, current
system flow rate, and total system volume used (Totalizer). The panel also features LED status
indicators for On-line, Standby, and Regeneration. It also includes a multi-color backlight display
to indicate various programming screen modes including which unit is the current “Lead” unit in
the system.
Regardless of the system type set, if an error is detected or if communication is lost, system operation
will not shut down completely. Instead, the system controller will continue to operate the system in as
normal a manner as possible with the remaining units that are functioning properly.

The communication cords are required for connecting a control valve to a Clack Controller. Also used for
connecting a MAV valve to a Clack System Board for 2H or 3H control valves.

POWER CORD
The power cord connects to the System Controller. If the power cord that is standard with the control
valve is long enough then the longer power cords are not needed, simply cut off the plug.
