THE FLECK 5800 XTR2 CONTROLLER
The first touchscreen control valve to hit the industry. With its detailed screen descriptions, color
LCD display, and familiar icons, the XTR2 controller brings ease of programming and a user-friendly
experience to the table. Features include a large color LCD touch screen display w/a detailed screen
description for easy electronic programming. Master settings shown by category with intuitive navigation
& familiar icons. Additional features include a password lock-out screen for added security, time of day
lithium battery backup for power loss and a system error alarm shutoff.
A Help/Assistance screen displays optional dealer contact info for homeowner.

Control Valves
Fleck 5800 Valves
The control valve is simple to service, as the valve has very few moving parts as well as using snap
together plates and a single programming board. The 5800 is available with three different controllers,
Nelsen Corporation is stocking the familiar SXT in metered and backwash filter configurations. A LCD
backlit display helps programming in low light conditions. The control setup of capacity, regeneration
time, and days override is quick and easy. The SXT controller also allows for additional programming of
up to 20 different cycle steps.
The valve boasts excellent service rates (21 GPM continuous, 27 GPM peak) and backwash flow rate (17
GPM @ 25psi ΔP). Additional features include...
• Fast positioning reversible 10,000 RPM 12 volt DC drive motor
• Single piece seal and spacer cartridge for easy servicing
• LCD – Backlit display that helps during low light conditions
• Precision cycle positioning using optical sensor
• Soft water refill for better brine saturation and cleaner brine tank
• Three styles of electronic timers to choose from: LXT, SXT and XTR
• Programming is stored in memory and will not be lost due to power outages
• Time of day backup for up to 12 hours of power loss
