Norton, OH and becomes 100%
wholesale.
BUILT ON FAMILY ROOTS
While working at Alcoa as a Stationary Engineer,
Emil Nelsen starts selling part-time for a water
treatment dealer. At 18 his son, Ron Nelsen,
joins him as they sell, service, and install
water treatment and water well equipment.

joins the company.

wholesale business, renaming the company
"Nelsen Pump & Supply."
Kim Nelsen-Dean, Ron and
Jeanette's daughter, joins
the family business. Today,
Kim is Vice President of
Nelsen Corp.

This location allows for further expansion

son, joins the company. Today,
Dave serves as President of
the company. As Nelsen begins
assembling and distributing
water treatment equipment,
the company name changes to
Nelsen Corporation.
The company expands in the
west, opening in Phoenix, AZ.
Longtime company employee,
Norm Robinson, moves to
Arizona to launch the branch.
