2 Fleck 3900 Simplex Systems

Fleck 3900/1800 3" Commercial Systems
Includes Fleck 3900/1800 3" valve with 1800 time brining, composite pressure vessels, hub and lateral
distributor, gravel bed, and high capacity resin. Commercial brine tank includes a Clack 494 Hi-Flow
Safety Valve, air check, overflow elbow, 5" brine well and cap.
Please Note: The piping from the brine tank to the mineral tank is NOT provided with these systems.
One-inch connections are provided at the 1800 brine valve and brine tank. Local plumbing codes and
flow rates dictate the type of piping used between the brine tank and mineral tank. The recommended
refill rate for a 1,200,000 grain system is 15 gallons per minute. A consideration should be made as to
the type or number of air check(s)/safety(s) installed in the brine tank with these systems.

• Fully adjustable 5-cycle control delivers controlled up-flow backwash, down-flow
brining, slow rinse, rapid rinse and down-flow service
• Designed for single tank or multi-tank systems, alternating or interlocking
• Continuous flow rate of 250 GPM, Backwash of 100 GPM
• Protective NEMA 3R enclosure is water resistant, rain tight, corrosion resistant
and UV stable
• Operational no hard water bypass during regeneration
• Choice of 7 or 12 day clock or meter initiated regeneration
• Optional NXT2 controllers available
